was arrived at in a spe-
cial meeting of the Com-
missioners of the Muni-
cipality which was held
for this- purpose on Jan.
2. T he Municipal enployeea
are very happy on this
emergence to light form
darkness and are planning
a picnic to celebrate the
occasion.
