that the property hereunder mentioned
of the J. Drs. will be put up for sale
at Public Auction through Court in the
premises of the court of the Munsif at
Kahmponc in execution of decree obtained
by Manoranjan Das Gupta against Mr.
Jimmy Gomden & Ors in the above
Execution Case No. 3 1951 at 10-30
hours on the 20th day of April 19.r.2.

Description of the property to be sold:

1 All that piece and parcel of
land known as Khatian No. 71 measuring
9.37 acres at Bhalukhope Khasmahal
Block in the P. S. & Sub-Division of
Kalimpong in the district o{ Darjeeling.

2 Revenue assessed & payable to
Govt. Rs. 5/9/-

3 Any encumbrances to which
property is liable :—

Subject to mortgage of Rs. 800/.
of Mrs. Bir Kumari Raj of Kalimpong

4 Amount for recovery of which
sale is ordered : — Rs. 1474-4-9 with
costs of this execution.

have been lined lis. 200/ and Rs. 100,'-
respeetively in the S D. O’s. court here,
the former for drawing rations on absentee
rrember card and the latterfor maintaining
wrong account of lis bakery. The eases
wore detected and sent up for trial by
the local Rationing Department.
