New Delhi, Nov. 9

A new registration
envelope bearing the em-
boss of Asokan Pillar in
an oval design and the
current rate of postage
“registration four and a
half annas; postage two
annas” will be released
for sale on and from
December 2, the directorate
general of posts and tele-
graphs announced in a
press note here today.

These envelopes will
be sold at annas eight
each inclusive of the sta-
tionary charge of one and
half annas.

soon have representation
on the World Veterans’
Federation, it is learnt.
This is^fhe lirst time that
the Gorkha soldiers will
be represented on an in-
ternational body of war
veterans.
