MULES TRAFFIC

Sir, When I come to think of the
dangers to the pedestrians due to thou-
sands of mules that are permitted to
come to Bagdhara for the purpose of
drinking water l find no other alter-
native but to draw the attention of the
Municipal authoritis through the columns
of your widely, circulated and popular
paper. It may be noted that these appa-
rently thirsty- mules runs widely as'soah
as they come near their drinking place
endangering the l.ives of those who walk
through the Bagdhara Road. In this
respect* several instances can be cited
where many both young and old have
met, the late ot being knocked, down with
either serious or minor .injuries. Only
recently att old lady of Bong busty was
taken to hospital with serious wounds
due to her being knocked out by a run-
ning mule. 1 am afraid if immediate
