Textile licenses of all catagories issued
under the West Bengal cotton cloth and
yarn control order 1048 for the year
1952-58 will cease to .be' valid after
30-6-53. Application for renewal of licen-
ses of all groups will be received on
dates and at places as specified below.

(b) Textile license number and date.

(c) Group of . license.

(d) Address of the place of business.

(e) Signature of the applicant (Pro-

prietor/Managtng Partner Mana-
ging Director,'or other authorised
agent).

(f) Date of application.

2. The following is the revised scale
of fees for renewal of textile licenses —

For the Licensing yiar l!).">3-f>4 the
following changes in respect of appli-
-cation form, license fees and grouping
licenses have been made.

1. No prescribed form is necessary
for filling appiication for renewal. Simple
application containing the following par-
ticulars will be accepted for renewal.

Particulars to be furnished-with appli-
cations for renewal:

(a) Name in block letters in whose
favour the license is to be renewed, (or
of firm Concern as the case may be)

Licensees in' group F (1) & F (2) have
been exempted from- payment of any
renewal fee.

* 3. Wholesale dealers in group ‘C* have

been permitted to function as Importers
aho. So the existing Importers who have
taken licenses under group B? will renew
tbeir licenses under group C oh pay
ment of the fee of Ha. 75/- only, The
Mill’s Selling Agents and the Nominated
Buyers "ill renew their licenses in
group *B\

4 Hat dealers have been grouped
with haw kers in group 'K . So the exis*
ting hat dealers wi 1 renew their licenses
under group K* on payment of fee of
1U.5/- only

5. Commission Agents who have taken
out their licenses in group ‘C* wiM re-
new their licenses in group (I’ on pay-
ment of a fee of Rs. 100/-

6. The licensees are not required
under the procedure to surrender their
licenses but they will have to produce
the same for making necessary (indorse-
ment for renewal on dates and at places
as specified above.
