rary engineers were
recruited during the
last war to copu with
the increased work;

(b) if so, what is their
number; and

forming such a pool and

allocated to the different
Railways in the Senior

consideration.

Bengal Legislative Assem-
bly to elect five members
to fill the seats of the
retiring members of the
Legislative Council before
May 27. 1954 and has
further fixed the fallowing
dates: —

of poll, if any May 22.
