NOTICE

The Regional Trans-
port Authority, Darjeeling
invites applications from
public in connection with
the issue of the follow-
ing permanent Stage
Carriage permit*. Applica-
tions will be received at
the Motor Vehicles De-
partment of the office of
the Deputy Commissioner,
Darjeeling on all working
days upto 15th January
1957.

(1) One Stage Carri-
age permit between Dar-
jeeling and Siliguri.

(2) Two Stage Carri-
age permits between So-
nada and Darjeeling.

(.i) Two Stage Carri-
age permits between Dar
jeeling and Manobhanjang.

Application should be
aubmitted for one permit
and separately for each
route. Application should
be filed in prescribed
from. ( P. St. S. A. ) in
manusoript or in typed
form omitting item No. 15
of the form. The appli.
oants may furnish any
other particulars they
may like in separate sheet
of piper along with pres-
cribed form. ^

The issua of permit is
subject to the conditions

laid down in section 59
of tho Motor Vehicles Act
and such other conditions
already defined by the
Regional Transport Autho-
rity. \

Temporay permit-hol-
ders operating on any of
routes can alio apply if
they so desire.

All temporary stage
carriage permits now ope-
rating in some of the
routes will be withdrawn
when permanent permits
are issued.
