all part* of the. district
got their training in various
field*. Cinema show* by
the Publioity Deptt. were
arranged from time to
time and lectures were
delivered by Capt. Agam
Singh Limbu, Officer Com-
manding of the camp.
The olosing oeremony
was presided over by Sri
A Chaudhuri, I a S..8.D O.
Karseong whp also inspec-
ted the parade and took
the salute. In his presi-

dhuri said that he ' was
very pleated to associate
himself with, the oamp &

minding the volunteers of
their rights & responsibi-
lities he exhorted them
to try their best to serve

their helping hand at the

19 seat! this time. Total
83 Candidate* have filled
r omination papers of which
the. Candida1 ure of 7 per-
sons have' been rejected'
at the time of Borutiny
and 11 persons have with-
er ivn their candidature
on the last date on Nov.
11. The two political par-
ties Congress ' and C. P. I.
have set up candidates in
all the wards. The dissi-
dent congress group have
also set up candidates in
almost all ward*. This
time there will be no
nomination in the board
by the Qovt. and for the
first time in the hiitory
of this Municipality, the
Municipality will have a
non-offioial Chairman.
