The olosing oeremony

Karseong whp also inspec-
ted the parade and took
the salute. In his presi-

very pleated to associate

83 Candidate* have filled
r omination papers of which

sons have' been rejected'
at the time of Borutiny
and 11 persons have with-
er ivn their candidature
on the last date on Nov.
11. The two political par-
ties Congress ' and C. P. I.
have set up candidates in
all the wards. The dissi-
dent congress group have
also set up candidates in
almost all ward*. This
time there will be no
nomination in the board
by the Qovt. and for the
first time in the hiitory
of this Municipality, the
Municipality will have a
non-offioial Chairman.
