rotten dry cowdung and
Well dried matured thatch
(Khur) and Kans of 6'
and more in length on
the following specifica-
tions:—

1) Delivery should be
made at Kongo Ipeoao
nurseries located at Na-
zal, ' Gair.bas, Dalgaon
and Bongo.

2) Bate per maund
or per quintal for oow-
dung should be specifi-
cally quoted for, supply
of approx. 20,000 rrids.
or 8,000 quintals approx.

2) 20% of -l»e weight
of oow.-dung will be de-
ducted in oase of supply
of partially dry cow dung.

4) Separate rate for
thatoh and Kaua for 6''
tight bundles or on
maund bundles basis by
weight for supplies at
different nurseries stated
above. The bundles' will
have to be stacked at
the different nurseries as
per requirement

6) Earnest money of
Bs. 200/* in oase of thatch
and or Kans and Bs. 60/-
in oase of o w-duDg should
aooompany each tender
which should reaeh the
undersigned on or before
14th November '61. Total

requirement of thatoh will
be approximately 40,000
bundles. Earnest money
will b« refunded in oase
of non acoeptanoe. The
successful tenderer will
have to deposit 2j% of
total value of material
ordered under head RE-
VENUE DEPObIT as
security money within 7
days of receiving orders
whioh will be forfeited to

derer fails to supply within
specified period. ,

Government Notification
No. 4990W. dated 16-6-
1936 under section 76(a)
of the Bengal Municipal
Act, 1932, and he must
not. be above the age of
35 years on 31st Ootober,
1961.

Preference and higher
initial pay will be given
to those who have worked
in the hills and have past
experience in Municipal
works. Candidate may
state the minimum pay.
