below, for the period from
1st April, 1903 to the

2. The rates of trans
port stated in the Tender,

be accompanied with an

(Rupees Five hundred)
representing the Earnest
Mon»y, which should be
deposited into any Trea-
sury under the head "P-
Deposit and Advances
(Earnest Money) Revenue
Deposit" in favour of the
Director of Cinchona,
West Bengal.

5. The selected ten.
derer will be required to
execute a formal contract
and to deposit iuto Trea-
sury a sum of Rs. 1,000/-
{Rupees One thousand) as
[security Money for each
contract, within two weeks
from the dete of accep-
tance of the TeDder. Fai-
lure to do so will entail the
forfeiture of the Earnest
Mon^y.

6. The last date of
reoeipt of tenders is the
27th February, 1963 upto
4 P.M. Tenders will be
opened at Mungpoo on
the 28th February, 1963.
The Director of Cinchona
is not bound to accept
the lowest or any Tender.

February, 1963 upto 4.00
P. M

Each Tenderer must
deposit Earnest Money of
Rs. 500/ (Rupees Five
hundred) only into any
Treasury under the head
"P-Deposit and Advances
