2. The rates of trans
port stated in the Tender,

5. The selected ten.
derer will be required to
execute a formal contract
and to deposit iuto Trea-
sury a sum of Rs. 1,000/-
{Rupees One thousand) as
[security Money for each
contract, within two weeks
from the dete of accep-
tance of the TeDder. Fai-
lure to do so will entail the
forfeiture of the Earnest
Mon^y.
6. The last date of
reoeipt of tenders is the
27th February, 1963 upto
4 P.M. Tenders will be
opened at Mungpoo on
the 28th February, 1963.
The Director of Cinchona
is not bound to accept
the lowest or any Tender.
