After 201 (end of the Ballad) is a gap in which was the record
of about ten years. It was probably quite brief. The whole of
f. 202 is in Brie, pp. 601-4, ending in 1475. Man woman and chylde
on whois soulys god haue mercy. Amen.
The flyleaf at end is from a handsome Missal in double columns
(xiii) with Missae votivae de S. Thoma M., de Omnibus SS., Pro
Rege e Regina etc.
The hand is one throughout, and in some places the text
appears to have been rewritten, more closely, the original and
briefer text having been washed out, and in many places the
number of lines on the page suddenly increases. The authorities
cited in the additions include the Polychronicon, Malmesbury and
Huntingdon as noted above, and also some lives of saints.
