DER NEUENHEIMER

Letters to the editor.

Dear M. Editor,

During the Summer Holidays one of the boating
fraternity wrote letters to many Old Neuenheimer telling
them of the wretched state of our boating club, and asking
them to subscribe. The following have so far answered
and subcribed, H. Baly, B. Hill, R. Mackie, H. W. Ash,
R. A. Northcott, J. W. Kirk, G. H. Lobb, R. M. Ranking.
Some also wrote and promised us their help, we have
also had several promises from fellows in the Army
House, but our nearer neighbours of the School House
do not seem to be at all keen, only two having sub-
scribed so far. B. A. and F. W. Hill. Should an)' Maslers,
boys, or parents of boys at the School, desire to sub-
scribe, B. A. Hill, of this College will be only too glod
to receive the amount, whatever it ma)' be.

An ardent Neuenheimer.

Dear Mr. Editor,

May I venture to make a suggestion in your estee-
med paper? I propose that as we have now a Reading
Room we might exchange our College paper with those
of other Schools, so that we can see what is going on
in other Colleges. I am sure they would be only too
glad to exchange with us

Yours truly Intellect.

Dear Sir,

I always notice every morning that when I go
into school the desks are very dusty and that there is
often no ink. At other schools I believe the man goes
round before work begins and rubs the desks over and
fills all the inkpots. It would not be much extra work
or trouble I am sure; apologising for taking up so much
space I remain

yours Shirtcuff.
