be observed a man helping another to ascend.

breeze, and a rolling sea. A single ship of war, with her
stern to the spectator, and her sails half-mast high, is beating
through the heavy surge. At some distance off', on the lest, is
seen a dangerous j utting rock, and the wreck of a vessel lying
near it. An impending storm casts a solemn gloom over the
turbulent ocean. Engraved in the Stafford Gallery.
