for the appearance of a master artist of
the No mask seems now^to be satisfied
in Mr. Seiji Shimomura, some of
whose work was exhibited in the Tokyo Industrial
Exhibition recently held at Uyeno Park, of cherry-
blossom fame. When I say that he has appeared
