ROBERTS, C. A. Llewelyn, Uni-
versity Club, Birmingham.
Mr. Llewelyn Roberts is a well-known de-
signer of metal-work. His recent important
commissions include the whole of the
decorative metal-work—bronze, brass and
iron, electric fittings, cast bronze and marble
columns, wrought-iron balconies, &c.—for
Messrs. Debenham and Freebody’s premises
in Wigmore Street, London, with the excep-
tion of the inside stair-railing. Several
designs by him appeared in The Studio Year
Book for 1906. The lantern illustrated on
page 155 was executed by Mr. A. Peverille,
of the Birmingham Guild of Handicraft.

for 1907 and 1908.

ROBINSON, Miss Evelyn Fother-
gill, 20 Campden Hill Square, London.
Miss Robinson is a designer of wood carving
and decorated furniture. Shehas shown her
work at the exhibitions of the Arts and

RIMMINGTON, Miss Florence
M., 67 Perham Road, West Kensington,
London.
Miss Rimmington is a designer of metal-
work and jewelry, and a worker in gold,
silver, enamel and precious stones. Shehas
exhibited at the Royal Academy and other
London and provincial exhibitions. Her
design for a triptych, reproduced in colour
on page 151, is to be executed in bronze, with
vine decoration in steel and the coloured
panels in mosaic.

RIVAUD, Charles, 23 rue de Seine,
Paris.
M. Charles Rivau d’s jewelry is usually note-
worthy owing to his remarkable technique.
He has studied carefully the methods of
the craftsmen of the past and he applies
them to the execution of the most modern
designs. That the result is sometimes most
successful may be seen in hfs two gold pen-
