two upper arms cross-wise by two nalms while uttering
"Kavacavyam hum''.

"Ora Jana" - deoosition to the being represented by
the soul of 'nowledge (jnanatraana) while touching the
two eyes anei uttering the word "Bausat".

'•Ora Tapa" ~ deposition to the being represented by
the soul of wind (Bayatnana) while elanoing the
backside of right palm on the inner si£e of the left
pilra sRd after a round about the left palm and
uttering the words 'Hstraya nhat ".
