L'église de Sainte-Clotilde, aux Andelys, date de plusieurs
époques.
La façade principale est en grande partie du xme siècle ; et
des façades latérales l'une est du xvs siècle et l'autre appar-
tient aux belles années de la Renaissance. Le bénitier ci-dessus,
adossé à l'un des piliers, date de cette dernière époque et peut
donner une idée du style de ce portail, qui passe à bon droit
pour un chef-d'œuvre d'architecture.

S" Clotilda's church, at the Andelys, belongs to several
epochs. The principal front dates for the greater part, from
the xm"1 ccntury, and as regards the latéral façades one belongs
to the xv,h century and the other to the flncst epoch of the
Revival. The above boly-water stoup which is engaged in one
of the pillars, dates of this last epoch and gives a very fair idea of
the portal's style, which is justly considored as an architectural
« chef-d'œuvre ».
