Tumblers or vases with distinct bases. Glass. Shown at % of true size. The collection is
rich in objects of which these are specimens, containing at least 31 examples. Found in Greek
tombs at Dali (Idalium).

1. Vase. Height 334 inches. Diameter (body) 3 inches; (mouth) zy2 inches.

Small protruding base, tapering sides and slight rim at mouth. The side is decorated with
a raised band.

2. Vase. Height 3^ inches. Diameter (body) 3% inches; (top) 211/ie inches.
Similar to No. 1.

3. Vase. Height 3^2 inches. Diameter (mouth) 3 inches.
Base, contracted, straight; sides, almost upright; mouth, distinct.

4. Vase. Height jfi/z inches. Diameter 213/i6 inches.

Small, protruding base; bulging body, tapering sides with indistinct lips.

5. Vase. Height Tfi/i inches. Diameter 3^ inches.

Small protruding base ; large body with curved sides, and mouth slightly flaring.
