These differ according to the hair of the head, but are
often darker. It may be well to observe, that eyebrows
are never " arched" in nature, so that to paint them so is
a very great mistake. The eyebrow invariably partakes
(more or less) of the following form :

and must be drawn with this feeling :—the nearest point
to the eye will be where it approaches the nose; the widest
part is above the outer corner of the eye.
