and traffique and the comon proffitt of the
priviledges or liberties of the said companie
in and by these presents to the said Governor
and companie graunted or contrairie to anie
article clause or graunte herein contayned
or againste anie statute acte or ordinances
by the said Governor or his Deputie or Depu-
ties or Assistants aforesaid or the greater
parte of them in manner and forme aforesaid
made or hereafter to be made or shall refuse
to paye the said some or somes of money
