Maria SPERLING (ZYLBERGER) sn
Lodz 1898 - Paris 1995
She studied at the Cracow Academy; she also graduated from the piano class in the Conservatory
of the Galician Musical Society in Lvov; from 1922 she lived in France; in 1950 she stayed in
Rome, where she studied the mosaic technique and weaving. Together with her husband Jozef
Jarema, she co-organized the Festival of Plastic Arts on the Cote d'Azure.
A painter interested in colour problems.
