In the years 1980-1985 he attended the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts (diploma under Juliusz
Joniak in 1985). Since 1985 he has been a teacher at the Cracovian Academy.
As a painter, he shows interest in metaphor, fantasy and poesy, which he transforms into a
decorative theatricality, expressed by means of textured form and colour.
