Goluchow near Kalisz 1901 - Szczecin 1976
At first he was a student of Stanisfaw Kamocki's; next (1927-1929), he studied at the Parisian
Academie de ia Grande Chaumiere under Achiiie Emile Othon Friesz.
He practised drawing, water-coiour and painting - initially realistic, later based on dynamic com-
positions built with colour.

Bogusiaw SZWACZ SK
Lezajsk 1913
In the years 1931-1939 he studied at the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts under Wladyslaw Jarocki,
Teodor Axentowicz, Ignacy Pienkowski, Stanislaw Kamocki, and Karol Frycz. From 1948 he was
a teacher at the Varsovian Academy. A co-founder and member of the Group of Young Plastic
Artists, a member of the groups: "Nowosci", "Sztuka Nowoczesna" and "Le Surrealisme
Revolutionnaire". He displayed his works, a. o., at the Gallery of Modern Art "Krzywe Kolo". He
won a prize in the Jan Spychalski Painting Competition in 1974.
A painter, graphic artist and sculptor.
