carriage of Cmohoua Bark
trom Kongo to Mungpoo
from June 1st 1961) to
May 31st 1961. The rate
quoted ahould be inclu
uive of charges for loading
and unloading and tran-
shipments on the way,
where necessary due to
floods or land slide*. The
tot il quantity of trans-
portable Ba'k will vary
between one lukh and 2
lakh pounds, (more or
lees ) Tenders must be
aooompnied with Income
Tax and Commercial Tax
olearance certificates. Its.
60/- must be deposited
- in the Treasury as Earnest
Money in favo'ir of the
said officer and the receip
ted Challan must accom-
pany the tenders. 1 he
selected tenderer will ba
required to sign a contract
after d«positing a Secu-
rity Money of Re. 500/
in the Treasury, within
a specified date. The
Earnest Money is liable
to be forfeited on the
failure of the selected
tenderer to enter into the
oontraot within the stipu-
lated period.
