In the list of books given by Leofric to Exeter, no. 42 is
Expositio Bede super Apocalipsim : doubtless this volume.
Mrs F. Rose-Troup, who has been investigating the Leofric
books, inclines to believe that this volume came from the
monastery of Exeter.

Troup is of opinion that the name of Exeter in some form
has been written above the line. My own observation cannot
serve to confirm this.
The book undoubtedly figures in the Exeter Catalogue of 1506.
Oliver, Lives, p. 307 : Expositio super Apocalipsim 2 fo.
