When They firft came abroad in Tour Country, They had the
Honour of a Royal Patronage; and it is not proper, now 7hey come from a
foreign One, that They fhould feek for Protetlion any where but in their
own j or apply for This to one of mean Quality.
And to whom indeed, next to the Queen her fclf, fhould They make
their Addrefs, but to One whom She in a particular Manner delights to
honour ? Her Majefty, as She is, in all Knowledge which becomes her
