TjFjUNAIID QUAllITCII continues to be the buyer of the rarest and choicest boohs at Sales.
He respectfully suggests that Librarians should place their commissions in HIS hands, as they
would thus have the double advantage of securing the boohs they want, and of getting them
more cheaply than otherwise. The pernicious practice of employing men who are mere agents,
lacking the indispensable professional knowledge of a competitor like B.Q., usually leads to
failure, or else the disaster of a Pyrrhic victory.
