thirty-two years of age, represented in a three-quarter view,
with short curling dark hair. The dress is composed of a red
silk vest with large open sleeves, and a tawny-coloured scarf,
which is held near the bosom by the left hand, while the right
raises the skirt of her robe. The face and bosom of this
picture have been much injured by cleaning.
