Walk:: Ein chalkolithisches Gehoft im westlichen
Indien.
Zwei aufiergewohnliche Ackerbaugerate sind bei
den Ausgrabungen eines chalkolithischen Wohn-
platze (ca. 2000-1000 v.Chr.) bei Walki zutage ge-
kommen. Dieser Wohnplatz konnte auf Grund
eindeutiger Befunde als ein Gehoft der groEen
Siedlung Inamgaon, die zu derselben Kultur ge-
hort und 27 km weiter westlich liegt, identifiziert
werden. Das eine der beiden Gerate, ein anna-
hernd dreieckiges Knochensttick mit einer Durch-
bohrung dicht an dem einen Ende konnte als Schar
eines Hakenpfluges bestimmt werden; das andere,
eine in der Langsrichtung ausgebohrte Geweih-
sprosse mit schraggestellter Schneide konnte sehr
wahrscheinlich die Furchenrbhre eines Sagerates
gewesen sein.
