Further mention of the vizier Kheti has been found. There is an enigmatic
inscription of a " chief hunter of the desert, An[tef ?]," which is interesting,
and an unhappily broken fragment of a historical inscription of Mentuhetep,
describing some military expedition. We know from the reliefs of the
southern colonnade, already mentioned, that he was a mighty smiter of the
