The top of the flyleaf has been cut out, but there is left the
mark 'kk (for which see note on 0.1. iv) suggesting that the
book once belonged to the Grey Friars of Hereford. Below
this (in a late fifteenth century hand) is a list of contents,
signed :—quod Hereford.
