blossom. Seven specimens in collection.

27. Ring with pendant. Gold. Length (total) il/2 inch. Ring, diameter, 15/i6 inch.
Pendant, length 1 inch, width l/2 inch. Found in a tomb at Amathus.
The pendant is formed of gold bands forming arcs of about ninety degrees, and is angular
at the ends. Has a double S-spira! ornamentation about the edge. Cluster at each end. Stone
gone from centre.
28. 29. Amulets. Gold. Heads, 3/Jj inch square. Found in a vault at Curium.
Represents head of the Egyptian goddess Hathor, with curled side-locks. Suspended on a
bow of two-strand wire with an out-turned loop at each end.
30. Ring with pendant. Gold and silver. Length, total, 1^2 inch. Ring, diameter,
7/s inch. Pendant, size Wie by 3^ inch. Found at Amathus in a tomb.
Silver ring, originally coated with gold. Oval pendant, made of a double strand of wire,
with dark green stone in centre, somewhat disintegrated on surface. Each end of oval is decorated
with a cluster of small balls. The edge has a double S-spiral pattern.
31, 32, 36. Lion-head Pendants. Gold. Diameter at neck and length from back to face,
each about l/2 inch. No. 31 to 37 were found in a vault at Curium.
Amulets ? Lion's head, with mouth open and ears laid back. In most cases the eye-sock-
ets are empty ; originally inlaid.
33. Bull-head Pendant. Gold. Length of head y2 inch.
Surface plain except eyebrows, marked by incised lines.
