Inside was a thin rolled leaf of silver inscribed with Greek letters. On handling it went to dust.
9, Pendant. Gold. Length 7/io inch. Diameter l/A inch. Nos. 9-26 were found in tombs
at Dali (Idalium).
Shaped like a flattened sphere, with a ring on one side at right angles to the plane of the
pendant. The collection contains five specimens.
10, 12. Beads. Gold. Diameter ^ inch.
Spherical in shape with a slight rim about the body. Collection has four specimens.
11, 19. Ornaments. Gold. Diameter 7Ae inch.
Bead or amulet (?) Shaped like a flower with six petals. A tubular projection in centre of
flower, and double eyelet holes in back transverse to plane of the flower. Three specimens in col-
lection.
13, 17. Ornament. Gold. Diameter 5/n> inch.
Flower with thirteen petals. Body hemispherical; hole for cord.
14, 16. Beads. Gold. Length 7Ae inch.
Fly-shaped, with body marked transversely. Wings separated like branches of Y. Head
pierced sidewise for cord. Three specimens.
15, Ornament. Gold. Length !/2 inch.
Pendant or bead? Bell shaped, patterned after a flower with six long lance-like petals.
18. Double Bead. Gold. Length '/2 inch. Width l/A inch.
Each part like No. 10. Pierced crosswise, to form part of a double row.
20, 22. Pendant. Gold. Length Vie inch.
Elongated, and drop-shaped. Three bands about the upper part ; loop at top.
21. Bead. Gold. Diameter Via inch.
Circular and flattened, with transverse indented crease across the middle and a double line
and raised band about the edge. Three specimens.
