All other editions of this very populär and offen reprinted encyclo-
pedia, which contains chapters on music, medicine, mathematics,
natural Science, philosophy, architecture, arts, geography, etc. etc.
are very cominun, and although many copies lack the world map, even
copies with this map are not rare and can easily be found. This 1515
edition, however, is excessively rare and offers
some features not to be found in any other
edition. The secund world map added only to
this edition is one of the very earliest maps
(third or fourth) showing America as a continent
and not as islands; it further shows the name ZOANA MELA
in the South East of North America, which although offen discussed,
