It is hereby notified

to purchase a Land Rover
belonging to Govt. Ipeoac
Plantation, Roneo, (P. 0.
Matelli, Dist Jalpaiguri),
on the following specifi-
cation :

(1) That the said
vehicle will be sold by auc-
tion on 30th April, 1900,
at 2 p, in. at the oil ce
premises of Manager, Go-
vernment [pecao Planta-
tion, Gairibae (Rongo)
P.O. Matelli,(Jalpaiguri).

(2) The highaar bid
if above the Renerve price
only will be acoepted by
the undersigned and one
fourth amount of the bid
will have to be deposited
with the undersigned
forthwith on acoeptanoe
of the bid. The balance
amount will have to be
paid in full on the day
of delivery of the vehicle
which must be within a
week from the date of
auction.

(3) If the balance is
not paid within a week
from the date of auction,
the amount paid at the
time of auction will be

forfeited and no olaim
will be acceptable.

The vehicle is open
for inspection at the office
compound by the inten-
ding bidders.
