He ia stirring up anti-
Nehru agitation, and there
ii no denying of the faot,
he is making some pro-
gress in London. I under-
stand that he ii now try-
ing to. secure a British
paiaport with a view to
proceeding to the U S.A.,
where at the United Na
tiona, he hopes to present
hit oase against the Indian
Army, and hii demands for
the establishment of a'
• operate independent Nafta
State. Phizo has two cham-
pions here viz, "The Ob-
server" and, of course
"The Daily Express". But
Phizo'e visit to America
is highly problematical.
If he fails to secure a
British passport, he will
be f'shing' for an invita-
tion from some committee
or other of the United
Nations. Rev. lliohael
Seott is a past master to

the U. N. Meanwhile, the
Christian Missionary So-
ciety of Qreat Britain and
Ireland is deprecating the

way, the seoond largest

monwealth with estimated
population of over five
millions, wai conducted
for four year* and within
this time a wonderful
work has been accompli-
shed. The displaced mig-
rants and their struggle
for existence and rehabi-
litation has been dealt
with in this volume, which
also narrates the financial
implications of the present
rates of growth of popu-
lation in this ever-expand-
ing oity.
