Shri P. C. Sen, the
new Chief Minister of
Wett Bengal, who assumed
office on 9th July, in his

a number of development
plans and projects for
building a Better Bengal.
Now this great task has
fnllen on the shoulders
of the New Chief , Minis-
ter and his colleagues.

KALIMPONG

The highlight of this
year's Bhanu Jayanti
Programme was a debate
competition between the
students of Girls High

also oelebrated the Jayanti
this evening in a befitting
manner. -■

At Darjeeling a function was
held under the auspices of
District Library, Sri D. K.
Banerjoe S.D.O. Sadar presided.

goals and entered the
final of Sudama Shield.
Kaluram Mintri Trophy
was won by Cultural Or-
ganisation. Mr. Minto
presided and Mrs Minto
distributed the trophies
