meeting at Rangpo, the
Sikkim National CoogreBs
shall fully boycott the
coming elections in Sikkim,
and shall resort to a
Sikkim wide non-violent
8atyagraha movement. The
Resolution calls upon all
the people throughout
•Sikkim to get ready, and
be at band, for a whole-
hearted participation in
the coming final struggle,
and to ensure that they
emerge triumphant.

Another Resolution
passed was one demand-
ing to know whet actual
progress, if any, the Pay
Committee, set up by tbe
Govt, of Sikkim, bad made
towards the amelioration
of the economic plight
of the low-income group
of Government employees.

The meeting was at-
tended by more than one
hundred delegates from
the most remote corners
of Sikkim, and, in spits
of rain, the Public meet-
ing on the next day was
largely aod enthusiasti-
cally attended.

that India has established
military strong points in-
side Chinese territory and
that Indian troops intru-
ded about 6 km inside
Chinese territory in the
Galwan River Valley,
which is described as part
of Sinkiang, Chiuj, thus
questioning the territorial
integrity and frontier of
India in a ra inner which
is likely to be prejudicial
to the interest of the
safety and seourity of
India.

M. G. STATION

Siliguri, Sept 28
Tbe name of the new
railway station between
Jalpaiguri and Siliguri has
been changed from "New
Siliguri Junction" to 'SSew
Jalpaiguri Junction it is
learnt.
