CHINESE OFFER

The latest Chinese
offer for unilateral <iea*e-
fire and withdrawal is
not hi tig but another cal-
culated nicve to oausB
oonfusion and distruptioa
on our National front.
Sirniliar techniques, popu-
larly known aa "peace
offensive'* were used by
Adolf Hitler during world
wm II. Chinese tried
theae techniques in Tibet
and finally subjugated it.
India has asked lor cleari-
fieatioo on certain vague
points of the Chinese pro-
posal. Thi* more by
China which baa no doubt
brought a temporary lull
both in Ladakh & \EFA
may b-a deception while
some new claim or on-
slaught is prspared.

Prime Minister Nehru
ha- said that the struggle
will not end soon and it
will continue till the in-
vaders are driven out- of
our country. India certain*
ly won't submit to the mili-
tary dictates of an ag-
gressor and it is hoped
that the Chinese diplo-
matic offensive shall be
met effectively.
