NEPAL ORDINANCE ON
STRATEGIC GOOD

The Nepai Government
today issued an Ordinance
banning the export fvciu
Nepal of several i -aeg cries
of gooda and strategic
materialis which ere im-
ported from India.

The ban come in the
wake of persistent reports
of a large scale clandestine
trade with Tibet through
Nepal in certain items,
especially petroleum, ruber
tyres and aieel products.
All these materials are
imported from India and
it is alleged, found their
way to Tibet through
different mountain passes.
