bis klgure is kull ok majesty and dignity. On one side is "justice"—tbe second
ok tbe oil paintings—witb a pair ok scales in tbe lekt band, and tbe rigbt resting
on tbe bead ok an ostricb, sometimes used as a symbol ok uprigbtnsss ok dealing;
and on tbe otber " Lbarit^ " is seated witb two cbildren on ber knees, and a tbird
standing at ber rigbt band, looking up into ber kacs.
