Count Bartholomew D.
Lippay, who has painted
the portraits of a large
number of notabilities, in-
cluding the Emperor Francis
Joseph, the Czar Ferdinand
of Bulgaria, and several of

painted chiefly the portraits of the high dignitaries Cardinals Oreglia and Agliardi. Count Lippay is
