Mr. Wilson designs interior decoration, furniture, wall-
papers, textile-fabrics, embroideries, and metal-work, and
is a worker in gesso and stencil.
WISLICENUS, Prof. Max, Kunstschule, Breslau.
Professor Max AVislicenus is a teacher at the Royal Art
School, Breslau. A painter by profession, he has devoted
himself mainly to pictorial weaving, in which he has
received material support from the technical aptitude of his
assistant, Fraulein Wanda Bibrowicz, whose work has
already been mentioned. Among the number of woven
fabrics executed by the latter from the designs of Professor
Wislicenus, the large wall tapestry illustrated above, which
has been executed for the Nuptial Chamber of the Rathaus
at Lowenberg, is of particular note.

Mrs. Dalhousie Young is a designer of and worker in em-
broidery. The panel reproduced opposite is worked on
white silk.
