La structure de ce reliquaire est élégante et bien conçue.
Par sa richesse de décoration, par le bon goût des ornements
et l'agencement ingénieux de pierres fines et de plaques
émaillées, il ne le cède à aucune pièce, de ce temps, où l'orfèvrerie
religieuse avait déjà atteint une véritable perfection.

The structure of tins shrine is élégant and well contrived.
By the richness of its décoration, the good style of its ornaments,
and the ingenious arrangement of both precious stones and
enamelled plates, it is second to no pièce of that epoch, wherein
the goldsmith's art in religious objects had already reachtd a
real perfection.
