A map-work elucidating the great discoveries made during the years 1419—1682.
On the map of America California is still traced as an island, and there is no indi-
cation of the northwestern part of this continent. Brazil is to be found on no less
than 11 maps. Australia is indicated only by a short indefinite coastline.
Well preserved copy of this rare collection with sharp impressions of the plates.
