the Cardamom.. The entire
lot of Cardamom available
must be oleared from the
Plantation godown within
14 days of the acceptance
of the tender.

shyem division on any
working day.
Tenders must be
supported by an earnest
money of lis 300 00
(Rupees three hundred)
only, in oash. The earnest
money is liable to be
forfeited to Government in
case the aooepted tenderer
fails to deposit the value
of the Cardamom within
the stipulated time.
Offers from prospective
buyers will be aocepted
by the undersigned up to
31st January, 1962 and
opened on the 1st February
1962 at 2-30 P. M. in the
prssenoe of tenderers.

not bound to accept the

geared to coordinated ac-
tion, and non-official agen-
cies like Pauohayats and
cooperatives, the experi-
ment is benefiting the
agriculturist aa well as
the administrator. The
agriculturist is enabled to
plan and work for bis
prosperity and the admi-
nistrator is becoming more
realistic in his approach
to problems. Red-tape is
receiving a setbaok. Id
removing procedural bot-
tlenecks, many traditional
and outworn habits of
administrative thinking
have been abandoned and
more and more initiative
is coming into play.
