PADMA BIBHUSAN FOR
MISS PADMAJA NAIDU
New Delhi, Jan. 26
Miss Padmaja Naidu,
Governor of West Bengal,
is among those who have
been honoured this "■ear
by the President on the
occasion of Republic Day.
She has received the
Padma Bibhusan, India's
second highest award.
