Cinchona bark, Foodstuff,
Coal and various other
stores, including maohinery
and ohemioals. on behalf
of the different offices of
the Cinchona Directorate,
West. Bengal, over the
routes specified bnlow, for
the period from the let
April; 1962 to the 31st
March, 1963

(a) Between Siliguri
and Kalitar,

(b) Between Siliguri
and Hum bee bazar,

(0) Between Siliguri
and Mungpoo,

(d) Between Siliguri
and Sukea Khola,

(e) Between Siliguri
and Munsong,

(f) Between Kalitar
and Mungpoo,

(g) Between Kalitar
I and Latpanohor,

(b) Between Rumbee
. bazar and Mungpoo,

(1) Between Rumbee
bazar and Sukea khola,

(j) Between Sukea
khola and Munsong,

(kv Between Mungpoo
and Sukea khola, and

(I) Between Mungpoo
and Munsong.

The rates of trans-
port stated in the tender
which should be expressed
per Qiintal, should be
inclusive of loading and
unloading & transhipment
over road blocks due to
landslip*, if any, and no
additional charge shall be
payable to the contractor

The tenderers must be
owners of vehicles bsving
valid permits for plying
over the routes tendered
for and should give par-
ticulars about the regis
trati n numbers «nd types
of vehicles owned and of
the route permit

accompanied with an ori-
ginal receipted Treasury
Challan for Rs 600/- (««•
Five hundred) representing
the Earnest Money, which
should be deposited into
any Treasury under the
head * P- Deposit and
Advances (Barnest Money)

The selected tenderer

will be. required to exe-
cute' a formal contract and
to deposit into Treasury
a sum of Rs. 1000/ (Rs;
One thousand) as Security
Money for eao.h contract
within two weeks from the
date, < f acceptance, of the
Tender. Failure to do so
will entail the forfeiture
of the Earnest Money.

The last date of re-
ceipt of tenders is the
9th April, 1962. upto
4:00 P M. Tenders will be
opened tt Mungpoo on the
Ulh April, 19B2 The
Direotor of Cinchona', is
not bound to accept the
