A group of specimens—
some of them very elaborate
— by Benjamin Nelson,
were worthy of careful study.
Other agreeable designs were
those of Geraldine Carr, A.
Myers, and H. J. Maryon.
Another prominent feature
was an oxydised copper box,
with lid in translucent
enamel, by R. D. Winter.
Some of the designs for
jewellery were refreshingly
original, while there were
caskets and cups which pos-
sessed the somewhat un-
common merits of dignity
and simplicity.
