on rings have frontal entwining shaped as Hercules knot (fig. 4), which represents
an ancient apotropaic symbol extremely popular on the Hellenistic jewelry. On
the other hand the gold ring from Tekija hoard (fig. 5) indicates the symbiosis of
Hellenistic traditions in the jewelry decoration noticeable in the use of fine filigree
